"Pilates develops the body uniformly, corrects wrong postures, restores physical vitality, invigorates the mind and elevates the spirit." Joseph Pilates This total body strengthening class will utilize weight, balls, and resistance bands to create a challenging and unique fitness experience. Each class will include a warm up and cool down. Class taught by Jennifer McManus RN, Certified Exercise Specialist ACSM, and Certified Pilates Instructor. Held outside at the Surf Club Turf Field in good weather. Held at the Memorial Town Hall Upper Level in bad weather, until the Town Campus gym floor is replacement is complete. Bring a mat, band, weights (1 to 8 pounds), towel or cushion to sit on/under the neck. Jennifer will text you to let you know if it will be moved indoors.
