We focus on agility, individual skill, and technical training all encompassed in a fun and educational soccer experience. Things you will work on include Ball Mastery (Players will get 500 to 1000 ball touches per training day), Speed, Agility, Quickness (Agility ladders, hurdles, soccer-robics, etc. Individual Ball Skills (9 Shoreline Moves, Turns, Shielding, Juggling, etc. Attacking Skills: Dribbling, Take on Moves, Evasion Moves, Trickery and Fakes, Team Skills: Passing & Receiving,: Technique, footwork, handling. Each session will end with small sided games. Held at the Town Campus Gym. Bring a water bottle. Skips January 19.
